The Artefact Collection

The Jasper Yellowhead Museum & Archives houses 8510 artefacts in the collection storage. Some of the more interesting items include woollen bathing suits worn at Miette Hot Springs, wooden shovels used on the Skyline Trail in 1911, and many beautiful examples of Suzette Swift’s beadwork. The collection continues to grow with donations of new artefacts arriving regularly.
