Pyramid Microwave Tower

Between 1962 and 1964 a CN/CP communication tower was constructed on the top of Pyramid Mountain. About 20 feet was blasted off the top of the mountain and 30 men worked on the project. Hans Schwarz was in charge of mountain safety and Eddy Amman was the pilot of the helicopter. The tower was removed in 2004.
