The Alcove Gallery features The Schuurmans' Wildlife Collection, a display of over 120 meticulously preserved specimens. This remarkable collection, which has captivated visitors for decades in the Wildlife Den of the Whistlers Hotel, showcases the diverse and fascinating animal life of the Rocky Mountains. From majestic elk to elusive lynx, the exhibit offers an up-close look at the region’s incredible biodiversity.
